It’s so nice to meet you! My name is Sarah, and I am a Professional Art Therapist and Registered Counselling Therapist (Candidate) (RCT-C). My journey into Art Therapy began on the other side of the process - as a client - where I experienced firsthand the power of creativity in healing and self-discovery. This transformation inspired me to help others navigate their own paths through art.

With a background in Neuroscience, my approach to Art Therapy is grounded in the powerful connection between the brain and body. I deeply believe in your innate capacity to heal and grow.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of identity, intersectionality, and lived experience in therapeutic work. My practice is grounded in inclusivity, self-exploration, and the belief that creativity is for everyone, no matter their background or abilities.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity, trauma, grief, and more. My compassionate, person-centred approach blends Art Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Experiencing. I’m here to walk alongside you as a guide - always honouring that you are the expert in your own life.
