Autumn Grant

Autumn Grant is a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) student completing her practicum at Risework Therapy. She is also the founder of Flo Meditation + Wellness, where she has supported individuals through mindfulness, movement, and somatic-based practices for over 7 years.

Autumn’s approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. She supports clients in slowing down, deepening awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and patterns, and reconnecting with a sense of self-trust and inner clarity. Her work is informed by an understanding of the nervous system, relationships, and the ways past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others.

As a mother of three, including within a multicultural family, Autumn brings a lived appreciation for the complexity of identity, caregiving, and relationships. This continues to shape her commitment to cultural humility and creating a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and attuned. Clients working with Autumn can expect a compassionate environment where they feel supported to explore their experiences, move through challenges, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for them.
