  • Registered in Nova Scotia & Ontario

Hi! I’m Jess, a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT) and Registered Psychotherapist (RP) based in Nova Scotia. I provide compassionate, evidence-informed counselling to individuals and couples who are seeking growth, healing, and stronger connections in their lives.

My approach is client-centered and collaborative, drawing on a variety of therapeutic methods to meet each person’s unique needs. I value authenticity, self-awareness, and creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and discover new possibilities.

Trained in Gottman and Developmental approaches to couples therapy, and guided by an attachment-based lens, I support partners in navigating communication, rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, and creating the kind of relationship they want together.

As a relationship therapist, I work with couples and partners of all backgrounds, orientations, and relationship styles. Whether you practice monogamy or non-monogamy, I bring a sex-positive, kink-aware, and affirming perspective to our sessions.

For individual therapy, I integrate approaches such as DBT, Parts Work, Narrative Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Ecotherapy. Whether you are navigating stress, trauma, identity exploration, or personal growth, I work with you to develop tools and insights that foster resilience and well-being.

Above all, I believe that therapy is about connection—both with yourself and with others. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and create meaningful change.
