Hello, I’m Mary and I am a registered social worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. I have completed both a Bachelor of Social Work (Honours) at York University, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. 

I am passionate and dedicated to providing my clients with the most up to date care, based on thoroughly researched therapeutic modalities. I believe in taking an empathetic approach to help empower individuals and remind them that they are not alone in their journey.

I have been working in the field of mental health for approximately five years, providing customized one on one counselling, crisis management, and group counselling sessions. I am experienced working with diverse client populations on an outpatient basis.

As your therapist, I believe in providing a warm and accepting environment that will foster a safe space for meaningful connection and genuine change. I want you to know that rainy days are an inevitable part of life, and although I will not be able to take these away, I will certainly help provide the tools to make them bearable.
